Terms & Conditions:

1.Price Term: EXW Guangzhou in USD. For over 10 sets, price can be changed to FOB Guangzhou.

2.Payment: 30% by T/T as down payment, balance by T/T before shipment or L/C at sight.

3.Delivery: Based on actual quantity and type, goods can be ready for shipment within 5-20 days.

4.Warranty: 3 years for wind turbine, 1 year for controller. Within the warranty period, the seller shall be responsible for replacement or repair of any defected or damaged parts free of charge, unless the damage is caused by user's improper operation or non-conformance to the instructions of user's manual or force majeure. During the whole service life, the supplier shall be responsible for the spare parts supply or repair, which shall be charged with only material cost.
